01. Where can I shop and earn points?
You can earn Mercier Muses points when you shop on LauraMercier.com, Amazon Buy with Prime, or make a purchase through Customer Service.
You can also earn points by uploading your receipt from an eligible store to your Mercier Muses account. Please note: When earning points through receipt upload, you will only receive 1 point for every $1 spent, regardless of your tier level. The receipt upload will be accepted or denied within three (3) business days of its upload. Eligible stores include:

02. How can I earn points for product reviews? How can I earn points without making a purchase?
You can earn points by participating in a variety of activities linked here.
03. How do you know when I completed an activity? How are my points tracked?
In order to earn points for each activity, you must be logged into your LauraMercier.com account prior to completing any activities or purchases. Points can appear immediately but may take up to 48 hours depending on the activity completed.
04. If I forget to sign into my account before I make an online purchase or complete an activity, can you add points to my account?
If you complete an activity without being signed into your online account, you won't earn any points for that activity. Please always make sure you're signed in before you check out so that you get the points you earn for activities as a Mercier Muses member.
For purchases, as long as you check out using the email associated with your loyalty account, you will still earn points for that purchase.
05. How can I redeem my points for rewards?
You can redeem points for a variety of rewards by logging into your LauraMercier.com online account and navigating to the Mercier Muses page. Redeem points for products in the Rewards Shop on that page, or head to check out to apply your points for discounts.
06. When do my points expire?
Points will expire twelve months after your last purchase. You will receive an email notification when your points are nearing expiration.
If you were a Member prior to October 15, 2025 and no subsequent purchases with your Loyalty Account have occurred, then your Redeemable Points expire on October 14, 2026.
07. How do I become eligible for a new tier/status?
There are three tier levels for the Mercier Muses program. By creating an account, you will be automatically enrolled in the program at the “Muse” member tier Level. Under the Muse member tier level, each $1 spent is equivalent to 1 point. Once you spend at least $150, you will automatically proceed to the “Flawless” member tier level. Under the Flawless member tier level, each $1 spent is equivalent to 1.25 points. Once you spend $300 or more, you will automatically qualify for the “Icon” member tier level. Under the Icon member tier level, each $1 spent is equivalent to 1.5 points.
8. When will I receive my Flawless and Icon welcome gift?
If you receive a Flawless or Icon welcome gift, these points will automatically appear in your account once you become a Flawless or Icon member.
9. Will I be charged for shipping when redeeming my points for product online?
Our normal shipping policy applies when you redeem your reward online. A reward cannot be redeemed alone and must be included with an order that is a minimum of $30 when redeeming points on LauraMercier.com.
10. When will I receive my Birthday Gift?
All Mercier Muses members are eligible for points during their birthday month depending on their tier level. The points will become available on the day of their birthday and these points will expire 12 months thereafter.
If you join the Mercier Muses Program and your birthday is less than 30 days away, the points will be delayed until the 30-day waiting period is fulfilled. All Mercier Muses must wait at least 30 days from the sign-up date to receive the points for their birthday gift.

12. Can points be applied to past purchases made before joining the program?
No, points cannot be applied retroactively. Only purchases made after you have enrolled to become a Mercier Muses member will earn points. Any purchase made prior to account creation will not be eligible for points.
