Uso

Técnica de Laura para un aspecto natural y sonrojado desde el interior:
Para revelar un saludable rubor de color, mezcla los tonos mate y luminosos con la brocha Cheek Color Brush, descarga el exceso en el dorso de la mano y aplícalo en las manzanas de las mejillas en forma de "herradura", usando movimientos circulares de afuera hacia adentro. Para difuminar, utiliza el lado plano de la brocha con el mango hacia abajo para una difusión natural.

Técnica de Laura para crear volumen con dimensión:
Para un aspecto con más dimensión, aplica solo el tono mate en las manzanas de las mejillas. Luego, extiende el tono luminoso en los puntos altos o donde desees crear volumen, difuminando hacia afuera y hacia la línea del cabello. El contraste del tono luminoso sobre el mate creará un efecto de elevación en la mejilla.

To be fair, I ordered this without seeing it in person or having any assistance with the color choice. I went with Chai and overall the color is nice (a little more peach than mauve). Mixed together, the blush works, but if you try to apply them separately (as outlined as an option in the description) the non-luminous side really doesn't deliver a lot of color. I have a fair complexion (cool to neutral undertone) and this blush color leans a little into a bronzer style. I also ordered the LM bronzer in Sainte Croix (it has a little more golden yellow vibe if you compare the two) which probably wasn't necessary since the Chai blush wasn't quite as mauve as I was anticipating.

Best blush Ever
I love this blush. i have Paloma which is a medium berry on my fair skin. Pigment is there for sure so I had a learning curve. I also have Chai which is by far the most flattering soft 'blonzer" for my skin tone. I also use chai as eyeshadow and she is gorgeous.

Strawberry, Chai and Rose are my favorites!
These pretty, soft powders are a fun to use. I swirl it around because I like the slight luminance effect from the top part of the blush, but you can just use the bottom part for a more matte look. It can be easily layered but mostly, for whatever reason, I get a lot of compliments when I wear them. It's a light powder and looks pretty on my skin. I feel good that it's got the Laura Mercier brand behind it and it's the perfect size for purse or travel. These are among my favorite powder blushes. Mature with normal to dry in the winter skin and it's fair to very fair (tan or no tan). I do use a foundation or balm prior to the blush.
