THIS is the setting spray you NEED if you don't like to feel like you have a clear plastic bag over your face when using a setting spray. You don't like how dry your skin feels after setting your makeup. Don't like that when you use a setting spray that claims to "glow" it isn't a from within finish, more like enamel on top of taught skin. Don't like that the setting spray traps any wrinkles or lines underneath. I think only truly oily skin needs this type of treatment, everyone else, does not.
I do not write reviews despite how many cosmetics I've used, but this product is worth it. In trying to figure out why most setting sprays had the effects mentioned above, I sought answers. Turns out most setting sprays use a substantial amount of alcohol and they use film-formers, specifically chemical film-formers. Neither of which equal "blurring" like their marketing claims. THIS LM setting spray does NOT use Alcohol Denat. or any of the chemically-based film formers; it does include good ole water, Niacinamide, and Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, and Glycerin among other ingredients, but these stand out and are high on the list. That corn starch is what does give a very natural "blurred" finish. This spray works so well that I don't end up with makeup on the bridge of my sunglasses.
