I’ve been buying this for at least 15 years from Sephora’s and it’s so amazing they are frequently out. I decided to order directly from Laura Mercier and couldn’t be happier with my service. I wish I’d started ordering it directly from them sooner.
Didn’t approve order, wasn’t aware of subscription. Have tried to initiate a return and now I have to pay return fees and I still don’t have a QR code or label to return with no customer service reps reaching out to help

I was hoping for a replacement of the foundation powder that has been discontinued and this didn’t do the trick.
