Laura Mercier announced an open casting call in the fall. After hundreds applied, we brought in a group of women to our offices to get a first look at our new and improved Tinted Moisturizer Natural Dewy. Then we chose our final muses to be featured in our campaign. Meet Raven, a brand strategist and fitness instructor who appreciates makeup that enhances her natural glow.

How long have you been using Tinted Moisturizer?
Almost 8 years! I started using it my sophomore year of college :)
Who introduced you to the product?
My older sisters! They all love makeup and introduced me to the tinted moisturizer as an easy way to brighten my skin without applying too much product.
Why did you want to apply to be a part of our campaign?
I wanted to be a part of the campaign because I wanted to showcase representation of the moisturizer in all different shades, and hopefully girls who look like me can more easily identify products that will also work for them. Also, selfishly, I've always wanted to be a model in a professional shoot!
How did it feel to be chosen for this campaign?
Unreal! I applied on a whim and never expected to get a callback, let alone be offered to be a part of the visual campaign. I'm super grateful to get outside of my comfort zone and try something new while meeting the other models and the production + product teams—everyone was so amazing to be around!
Do you have a favorite memory from being on set?
My favorite part was getting my makeup done by the Head of Product Development at LM and getting tips on how to emphasize my features and achieve a no-makeup, makeup look that suited me best. I also loved taking the behind-the-scenes TikToks with the other girls!
What do you think about the new formula? How is it better?
I'm obsessed with the new formula! I love how it's more lightweight (if that was possible) than the original formula, and it feels like I can wear the product for a lot longer without touching it up as frequently. It also feels more moisture/hydration focused!
What are some of your other favorite Laura Mercier products?
It's me and the Ultra Blur Setting Powder (with the puff!) against the world. I also love the Caviar Lip Liner in shade Brown Tulle + the Lip Glace in shade Praline for a perfect brown lip combo!
