Checkout Options

If you are currently registered on our site, you may sign in using your email address and password to proceed to checkout. If you are not currently registered on our site, you may either create an account, or proceed to checkout by selecting guest checkout. You will have an opportunity to create an account once you have completed your order.

Billing Information

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. Your credit card may also be rejected if your bank does not support address verification

Payment Information

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Laura Mercier eGift Cards that include a pin code. When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your credit card. For our customer's protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.
eGift Cards may not be purchased with PayPal, Afterpay or another Gift Card.

Order Summary

Please confirm that your shipping, billing and ordered products are correct prior to submitting your order. When you submit an order to your credit card company, an authorization hold for the amount of the order is obtained. An authorization hold is not a charge and may appear to be an amount slightly higher than the order total. It is monies held by the credit card company which guarantees that funds will be available when the order is billed. Should you encounter a problem when placing an order, several authorizations may appear on your statement. These will be deleted by the card company automatically, usually within 7-10 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Overnight and 2 Day orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 12 pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

eGift Cards

eGift Cards are only available for purchase and use within the United States.

Laura Mercier eGift Cards may be purchased online in the following denominations - $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $300, $400 and $500. eGift Cards purchases are limited to $1,000 per order or no more than 4 eGift Cards per order. You can use a credit card or debit card to purchase an eGift card online. eGift Card will be sent to a recipient email address via Email in 2-4 hours. A separate email will follow with the PIN numbers. Both of these are required to redeem eGift card credit. Return credit for split payment orders containing both an eGift card and credit card is issued first to eGift card and credit card second.

eGift Cards, when purchased, are exempt from tax. In the case of an order containing an eGift Card and product, the eGift Card amount does not count towards the tax and shipping totals nor promotion eligibility.
Please note that any eGift Card values are excluded from order total thresholds required to receive Free Shipping and Promotional Gift With Purchase.

eGift Cards may be used for making purchases (other than eGift Cards) at lauramercier.com. They are not redeemable at other retailers. eGift Cards do not expire and there are no fees. eGift Cards may be used for multiple transactions up to the value on the eGift Card. eGift Cards are not reloadable. eGift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law or policy. Purchases made with an eGift card as the payment method will be refunded to a new eGift card. The eGift card number and PIN will be sent to the recipient by email.
