After hundreds applied, we brought in a group of women to our offices to get a first look at our new and improved Tinted Moisturizer Blurred Matte. Then we chose our final muses to be featured in our campaign. Meet Naomi, a researcher whose journey with Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer began nine years ago. Now, she's proudly part of our campaign to inspire others to embrace their beauty with confidence.

How long have you been using Tinted Moisturizer?
Who introduced you to the product?
My mom introduced me to the Tinted Moisturizer when she finally allowed me to wear makeup—after years of secretly dipping into her stash! It was my first go-to because I wanted a natural look and the “no makeup” makeup look. I instantly fell in love with its hydration for my dry-to-normal skin, its lightweight feel, and how it enhances natural beauty.
Why did you want to apply to be a part of our campaign?
I applied because I've been a longtime fan of the brand, and it’s been a key part of my beauty journey and self-love. This was a new and exciting challenge for me, and I wanted to inspire others—especially my younger sisters—to embrace their beauty confidently. I was also curious about how beauty campaigns work, and being part of something that celebrates real beauty, and representation made the experience truly special.
How did it feel to be chosen for this campaign?
I felt so grateful—but also a little shocked, like, “Wait, is this real? Are you sure?” I still can’t believe it happened! It was incredible to represent a brand and product I love and work with such an amazing, supportive team.
Do you have a favorite memory from being on set?
My favorite memory that’s living rent-free in my head is how every time we took a picture, everyone would either say "ooooo,” “girllll”, “wow," or just literally gasp after each photo. Another highlight was making TikTok's with the other ladies—it was unexpected because I never thought I’d be making a TikTok, but it was an awesome experience, and I’ve gained a supportive community of women. I also loved the behind-the-scenes moments, bloopers, and having my makeup done by Tayaba and Nellie, which made everything even more special.
What do you think about the new formula? How is it better?
The new formula feels like skin—hydrating, smooth, and providing a clean matte finish with great coverage. It’s comfortable, even in humidity, and offers SPF protection, which is important to me. My skin feels hydrated, smooth, and looks healthy.
