Additional Information

Laura created this product to give skin a healthy no-makeup look with a soft hint of colour that evens and enhances without hiding the skin. This award-winning tinted moisturizer can be used in place of foundation for a natural appearance while adding a healthy glow to the complexion. The lightweight formula provides ideal protection from the sun's harmful, damaging rays with broad spectrum SPF 20 sunscreen.

Perfect for all skin types, including sensitive.

1.7 fl. oz./50 ml

Place a small amount of Tinted Moisturizer on the back of your hand and pick up formula with the narrow end of an egg-shaped sponge or clean fingertips. Apply to the face working on one area at a time. Laura recommends starting at the outer portion of the face and working inwards toward the nose. Avoid excess application around the contours of the face. Blend well. Repeat application until desired coverage is achieved.

This product has taken years off my looks while gicing a healthy subtle glow. I use two colors... One for winter and for spring summer a darker one while still putting the slightly lighter one on forehead. I first put a clear zinc oxide ( best for your fsce) 30 sunblock on and wait a couple of minutes for the whitish to turn less plastic. Then i put my laura Mercier over it. I live at beach and can be outside eoth no sundamage and have the subtle even glow of LM instead of plasticy sunblock. Public has stopped me often to comment on my skin. no kidding. Don't be turned off with price, use very little

I have used this product religiously for several years and agree with other reviewers that the packaging has been changed over the last couple of years. I refuse to buy this product anymore because it is a waste of money to have the product leak all over and become unusable. I don't mind spending money on products that work but cannot justify having half the tube wasted due to this issue. PLEASE FIX YOUR PACKAGING! I would like to be able to purchase this product again.

      Comments about Tinted Moisturizer:

This tinted moisturizer is my HG. It doesn't look like I've got anything on when I'm wearing it, which is everyday by the way, but it blurs out imperfections and mild discoloration. I like spot-concealing anyway so the light to (buildable) medium coverage is perfect. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but PLEASE DON'T EVER DISCONTINUE THIS! < 3

Comments about Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen:

I've been using this tinted moisturizer for several years. It never looks caked on or oily, but only like I have flawless skin. Which I don't. It covers minor imperfections and spots. I prefer a natural look in makeup, and just today, a new hair stylist asked if I wore makeup, so I guess my desire to look natural using this product works.

Comments about Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen:

I first bought the oil free version because I have combination skin, leaning more towards the oily side. Wore it a few times & didn't like it all. I felt my face became sticky and oily after a few hours. Then I tried the regular version in nude & instantly fell in love. It lasts for a good 6-7 hours & gives a beautiful radiance to the skin. I have received compliments on how radiant my skin looks. I know this has very light coverage, however after I started to use this, I hardly reach for my foundation. I use this alone with a concealer, and I'm good to go. I highly recommend this product & will continue buying it.

I have pretty good skin except for some redness and minor breakouts and i found that i have to build this up a little bit more than my tarte foundation but what i found with this is that it applies really well with a flat top kabuki brush. I do reccomend this stuff for people with a little bit less breakout prone skin bc this will only smooth out your skin not cover everything up!! I love this stuff i always seem to go back to it!!

I have very sensitive skin that gets irritated easily. I was hoping that this prouduct would work but it didn't. It was very sheer coverage but I didn't mind and looked good, I wore it paired with the loose setting powder but at the end of the day my skin was covered in tiny little bumps. And the next day it looked like I had a rash all over my face. I will be returning it and the powder.

              Q:

Do you recommend using the setting powder with the tinted moisturizer?
Asked on 9/23/2016 by nod from United States

              1 answer

              • CUSTOMER CARE

                A:

Nod, Setting powder works well with tinted moisturizers and foundations. The Translucent Loose Setting Powder is a sheer, silky powder that it is ideal for setting your tinted moisturizer without adding weight or texture for a natural look. Setting powders can be used by any skin tone.

              Q:

Hello, I'm looking into the shade "Natural" and I'm confused about its undertones. In your website it's described as "light to medium with warm undertones", but swatches (not actual swatches but icons that are supposed to show the colour of the product) in other online stores always show "Natural" to be very pink. I have yellow tones and I'd like to know if you mean yellow by "warm undertones" since I know MAC uses warm and cool interchangeably.

                A:

Ava, Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer shade Natural is best suited for individuals who have yellow undertones. Laura Mercier foundations color descriptions are as followed. If your undertones are red or pink select a cool tone foundation. If you have yellow or golden undertone select a warm tone foundation.

              Q:

I love Laura's products because they don't make me break out! Right now I use the mineral powder in the shade Tender Rose, and the Silk Crème Oil Free Photo Edition Foundation in the shade Rose Ivory. Based on these two shades that work well with my skin, should I purchase this product in the shade Cameo or Porcelain? (I have "olive toned" skin that does tan in the summer, but my face actually stays quite pale and is less-olive toned. I don't mind the difference too much.)

Terri, The key to picking the perfect Tinted Moisturizer for your olive skin is to first determine your skin's undertone. If you have cool undertones select Tinted Moisturizer shade Fawn. If you have warm undertones select Tinted Moisturizer shade Ochre. If your undertones are neutral to warm select Tinted Moisturizer shade, Almond. For a tanned look, you would select Tinted Moisturizer shade Caramel. Caramel is for individuals whose skin tone is medium to deep with Warm Undertones.

Hi there, I just purchased this particular product from sephora today. The label and packaging looks just like this, but it does not specifically say with spf on it. The salesperson assured me that although it does not say it, even though your other products do indicate spf, that there is an spf of 25 on it. Can you confirm this? She said proof is that it contains titanium dioxide, but it says "may contain". I want a tinted moisturizer with spf coverage. Did I just purchase the correct product?

              Q:

I need help choosing a shade because there is no LM counter near where I live. In the past I received a sample of the NUDE shade and loved how it applied to my skin. It was a tad too dark so I purchased the BLUSH shade in the oil free formulation assuming it would be a shade lighter, as it comes before the NUDE in the shade listing, BUT it appeared even darker on my skin than the NUDE. I find that I prefer the original formula, not the oil free, and would like to try another shade. Do I go with CAMEO or PORCELAIN? My skin is fair, but not palest white, with a lot of pink that I would like to neutralize, and no yellow tones at all. I'd love to end up with a "peaches and cream" look if possible. Thank you!
