This product has taken years off my looks while gicing a healthy subtle glow. I use two colors... One for winter and for spring summer a darker one while still putting the slightly lighter one on forehead. I first put a clear zinc oxide ( best for your fsce) 30 sunblock on and wait a couple of minutes for the whitish to turn less plastic. Then i put my laura Mercier over it. I live at beach and can be outside eoth no sundamage and have the subtle even glow of LM instead of plasticy sunblock. Public has stopped me often to comment on my skin. no kidding. Don't be turned off with price, use very little

I have used this product religiously for several years and agree with other reviewers that the packaging has been changed over the last couple of years. I refuse to buy this product anymore because it is a waste of money to have the product leak all over and become unusable. I don't mind spending money on products that work but cannot justify having half the tube wasted due to this issue. PLEASE FIX YOUR PACKAGING! I would like to be able to purchase this product again.

      Comments about Tinted Moisturizer:

This tinted moisturizer is my HG. It doesn't look like I've got anything on when I'm wearing it, which is everyday by the way, but it blurs out imperfections and mild discoloration. I like spot-concealing anyway so the light to (buildable) medium coverage is perfect. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but PLEASE DON'T EVER DISCONTINUE THIS! < 3

Comments about Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer:

I've been using this tinted moisturizer for several years. It never looks caked on or oily, but only like I have flawless skin. Which I don't. It covers minor imperfections and spots. I prefer a natural look in makeup, and just today, a new hair stylist asked if I wore makeup, so I guess my desire to look natural using this product works.

Comments about Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer:

I first bought the oil free version because I have combination skin, leaning more towards the oily side. Wore it a few times & didn't like it all. I felt my face became sticky and oily after a few hours. Then I tried the regular version in nude & instantly fell in love. It lasts for a good 6-7 hours & gives a beautiful radiance to the skin. I have received compliments on how radiant my skin looks. I know this has very light coverage, however after I started to use this, I hardly reach for my foundation. I use this alone with a concealer, and I'm good to go. I highly recommend this product & will continue buying it.

Comments about Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer:

I have pretty good skin except for some redness and minor breakouts and i found that i have to build this up a little bit more than my tarte foundation but what i found with this is that it applies really well with a flat top kabuki brush. I do reccomend this stuff for people with a little bit less breakout prone skin bc this will only smooth out your skin not cover everything up!! I love this stuff i always seem to go back to it!!

            • Tinted Moisturizer

              Q:

What shade in the regular tinted moisturizer would match the Porcelain shade in the LM oil-free tinted moisturizer? The oil-free porcelain color was a perfect match for my skin, but my skin does not do too well with oil-free products so I would like to use the regular one instead. I have tried Porcelain in the regular, but it is much darker.

              1 answer

              • CUSTOMER CARE

                A:

Erin, Regular Tinted Moisturizer shade Porcelain is the shade match for Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer shade Porcelain. The oil free tinted moisturizers give a demi-matte finish and therefore, the shades would seem a little darker than the regular tinted moisturizer. Tinted Moisturizer shade Porcelain is for very fair skin tones and is the lightest shade in the Tinted Moisturizers. We recommend you visit a Laura Mercier counter so that one of our beauty experts can help select your perfect Tinted Moisturizer shade. Please log on to the Laura Mercier website (www.lauramercier.com) to find a store location near you.

              Q:

I would absolutely love to try the tinted moisturizer! However, I don´t know what shade would match me. My skin is fair with neutral undertones (not red or yellow undertones). I was debating between Porcelain or Nude, but Im scared they might be to light or too dark, is there a big color difference between them? Exacly what skin shade are they targeted for? Thank you!

Sof, individuals who are light and have cool or neutral undertone can wear Tinted Moisturizer Nude. Individuals who are fair to light with warm undertones can wear Tinted Moisturizer Porcelain. Based on your skin tone color description we recommend you try Tinted Moisturizer shade Nude. When I apply regular foundation, I apply all around the eye area as well so I don't end up with "owl eyes" from lack of the same color surrounding my eyes. Can LM Tinted Moisturizer be applied around the eye area (avoiding the lids of course)? If not, what product does LM recommend to "color match" the delicate eye area to the shades in her tinted moisturizers? Thank you!

luv2smile, You can apply tinted moisturizer around the eye area. If you don't feel comfortable applying tinted moisturizer or feel like you need more coverage around the eye area we recommend you apply a concealer that is designed specifically for the eye area. Make sure you match your concealer to your foundation color for a flawless look. For best result always apply your concealer in thin layers
