When do I use Illuminating Brightener? Apply once in the morning and/or evening on a clean face. -
How do I use Illuminating Brightener? After cleansing the skin, warm two to three pumps - using your finger tips - and gently massage over the face, neck and décolletage. Follow with a moisturizer.
