How do I use Perfecting Water? Use on clean, dry skin. Saturate a Cotton Square and gently massage over the entire face and neck using a patting motion. Apply morning and evening.

- If you have normal to dry skin or dry to dehydrated skin, follow with an appropriate serum and/or suitable moisturizer
