Tightline Activator

• Contains a unique polymer for a long lasting effect
• The activator dries quickly and feel lightweight on the eye lid
• 0.25 fl. oz./7ml

• Place 2-3 drops of activator either into the cake eye liner or on your hand and dip the Flat Eye Liner Brush into the activator fluid
• Use the brush to work Tightline Cake Eye Liner into a thick paste
• Apply the Tightline Cake Eye Liner underneath the root of the upper lash line by wiggling the brush between individual lashes
• Reapply for added intensity
