Laura Mercier Kohl Eye Pencil is formulated specifically for lining the inside of the eyelid and the base of the lashes.

- Creates a smooth & well-balanced line
- Contains a thicker diameter than the Eye Pencil to create a more pigmented, dramatic effect
- 0.04 oz./1.2g
- Glide the Kohl Eye Pencil along the inside of the eyelid and the base of the lashes for a dramatic look
- Smudge as desired
- Use Laura's "dot and wriggle" motion to fill the entire lash line at the roots of lashes creating the look of lush, extra full lashes
- For a softer look, line above the upper lash line and smudge with the Smudge Brush
