• Using the Brow Definer Brush - press brush into Brow Definer and pick up desired amount before applying to brow
• To enhance healthy brows - sweep brush through brow to coat each hair with pigment
• To revive sparse, troubled brows - sweep brush through brow with more pressure to deliver pigment to the skin below the hairs
• Use the tip to apply pigment in specific areas of need
• Layer over Eye Brow Pencil for fuller brows and hold with Eye Brow Gel
