1. Question: What color of Lip Glace does Robin McGraw wear on Dr. Phil?
Answer:
Robin wore Rose Glace on the show. Her two favorite colours are Rose and Crystal.
2. Question: Does Laura Mercier offer a discount program for Professional Makeup Artists?
Answer:
We do offer a 40% discount to professional makeup artists. If you would like to become a
member of the Laura Mercier Makeup Artist Discount Program and you are a working professional
makeup artist, please fax, mail, or email us with at least two forms of the following ID:
*Agency Representation: Have agency fax a roster list on company letterhead or provide link to
agency website
*Film or Television Experience: Fax crew list with name credited as a makeup artist on
set.
*Tear sheets with name credit
*Copy of your Union Card
(Drivers Licenses, Business Cards and Educational Certificates are NOT acceptable forms of
ID)

The Company, in its sole discretion, will determine if an artist may participate in its
professional artist program. Upon receipt of materials, expect a reply within 4-5 business
days.
3. Question: Have the Pink Champagne Lip Colour and Champagne Lip Glace been discontinued?
Answer: The Pink Champagne Lip Colour and Champagne Lip Glace have not been discontinued, but were renamed. Pink Champagne is now Sparkling Pink Creme Lip Colour and the Champagne Lip Glace is now Sparkling Lip Glace. The colours are the exact same shade and formula, but with different names.
4. Question: Do you ship to military address or the US Protectorates?
Answer:
Currently, all items may be shipped to a military (APO/FPO) address or a US Protectorate (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) except for items that are considered hazardous material (hazmat). These items include: Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Brush Cleanser and Nail Lacquer.
5. Question: How can I order replacement pads for my Precision Eye Lash Curler?

Our Precision Lash Curler has been discontinued; however, you can still receive the
replacement pads. Please send a self addressed envelope to:

6. Question: Are your products hypo-allergenic?
Answer:
Our products are dermatologist tested, which does test for allergy sensitivity. We do try to use the most hypo-allergenic ingredients; however, even the gentlest ingredient can cause an allergic reaction to someone.
7. Question: Does Laura Mercier Cosmetics test on animals?
Answer:
We do not, nor have we ever, tested our products on animals. We also do not contract outside companies to test on animals for us.
8. Question: Do all of your products that contain an SPF protect against both UVA and UVB rays?
Answer:
Yes. The following items contain SPF: Moisturizer Cream with SPF 15, Mega-Moisturizer Cream with SPF 15, Oil-Free Moisturizer SPF 15, Flawless Skin Day Crème SPF 15, Flawless Skin Oil-Free Day Lotion SPF 15, Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20, Tinted Moisturizer Oil-Free SPF 20, Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20, Mineral Powder SPF 15, Mineral Pressed Powder SPF 15, Stick Foundation SPF 15, HydraTint SPF 15 and Lip Balm SPF 15.
9. Question: Are your products non-comedogenic?
Answer:
Our finished products are not tested to determine whether they are non-comedogenic, however, we do try to use as many non-comedogenic ingredients as possible.
10. Question: Do you charge sales tax in my state?
Answer:
We are required to by law to collect sales tax in all states where we have a presence, which includes stored goods and employees. We apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states and the District of Columbia: AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA and WA. Orders are taxable (excluding shipping & handling) for the following states: MA and UT.
11. Question: Where can I send my Tweezerman Tweezers to be sharpened?

12. Question: Do your products contain animal ingredients?
Answer:
We do use animal bi-products, such as lanolin and beeswax, in some of our products. We also do use natural animal hairs in some of our brushes and we use emu oil in some of our products. For a complete list of ingredients for a product, please click on the ingredients tab on the product's detail page.
13. Question: Are your products gluten free?
Answer:

14. Question: Does your foundation contain SPF?
Answer:
The following foundations contain SPF 15 or greater: Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 20, Tinted Moisturizer Oil-Free SPF 20, Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20, Stick Foundation SPF 15, Mineral Powder SPF 15, Mineral Pressed Powder SPF 15.
15. Question: Do you accept international orders?
Answer:
We currently do not accept orders placed outside of the United States.
16. Question: Are your products safe for pregnant women?
Answer:
If you have a concern on whether a product you are currently using is safe for you during pregnancy, you can print out the list of ingredients for that product from our web site and take them to your doctor to review. Your doctor knows best what vitamins, minerals, chemical ingredients and preservatives would be best for you to avoid using during your pregnancy.
17. Question: Where can I look up the ingredients for each product?
Answer:
Each product on our web site has an ingredient list on the product page. On the product detail page, click on the ingredients tab for a complete list of ingredients.
18. Question: Do your cosmetics contain phthalates?
Answer:
No, none of our current products contain phthalates.

Answer:
Products can be returned to us for any reason, whether used or unused, within 30 days of purchase. Only products that have been purchased through our website, lauramercier.com, or our toll free number, 888-637-2437, can be returned for a refund or exchange.
