Add a review to your favorite product
Have an opinion on a product that you’d like to share with everyone else? Add a review to our site. Only registered users with an account on lauramercier.com may add ratings an reviews to our site. If you do not have an account, please create one here.

Once you are logged in, navigate to the product you wish to rate/review and click on “write a review.” Begin filling out your comments and click submit. Your reviews will be saved in your “my laura mercier” profile for future reference.

Read product reviews
To read other consumers product reviews, navigate to a product and click on “Reviews” in the top right-hand corner of the product page. Navigate through all of the product reviews to learn more about the products that interest you.

View your past reviews
Go to “my laura mercier” and log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you can navigate to “my ratings & reviews” from the “my laura mercier” drop down menu on the top right-hand corner of the website. From the “my ratings & reviews” page, you can read all of your previous products ratings and reviews.

adding an item to your shopping cart

Browse or search for the product you wish to purchase. If a product has multiple color or scent choices, click on the name you wish to purchase. The name should jump to the first color/scent listed on the page.

If there are a lot of color/scent choices, you may need to click “See all colors” to view all available choices for that particular product.

Click “add to cart.”

Once you have added an item to your cart, a box will appear prompting you to “continue shopping” or “go to cart.” Select an option to continue.

If you would like to add multiple quantities of a single product, you can continue to click “add to cart” from the product page, or adjust the quantity level in your shopping cart.

PLEASE NOTE: We limit 5 pieces per item in a single purchase.

editing an item in your shopping cart

At any time during the shopping process, you may add, edit, or delete items in your shopping cart.

Click “Cart (x items) – Checkout” in the top right-hand corner to go directly to your current shopping cart.

To add/reduce quantities, select the number you wish to purchase in the quantity drop down menu. The cart will automatically refresh with the updated quantities.

To remove an item from the shopping cart, click “Remove” under the item you with to remove. The cart will automatically refresh with the updated quantities.

how do you checkout on lauramercier.com

Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase, click on the “Cart (x items) – Checkout at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Verify that all of the items are in your cart and click “Checkout” to proceed.

If you currently have an account on lauramercier.com, please enter your email address and password to proceed. If you do not have an existing account, please click “Proceed to Step 1.”

Select your shipping method in the drop down box. Enter your shipping name and address and click “Continue to Step 2: Billing” to proceed.

In Step 2, select your method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and provide your credit card information. If you have an eGift card number, enter the code within the eGift card section and click “Enter” to apply the credit.

Enter all of your billing address information in the necessary fields and click “Continue to Step 3: Summary.”

Review the items in your order, as well as the billing and shipping information to ensure accurate processing and delivery of your order. Edit the fields as necessary. If you are satisfied with the information provided, click “Submit order” to place your order. Your order will not be complete until you click “Submit order.”

Once you click “Submit order,” a confirmation page will appear with your order reference number. Please use this number when looking up order information in the future in “My order history & order tracking.”

What is an eGift Card and how does it work?
An eGift card is an electronic gift card that can be used to purchase items only on lauramercier.com.

How much money can be applied on an eGift card?
A maximum of $300.00 USD is allowed per eGift card.

How are eGift card numbers sent?
All eGift cards are delivered via email only. Once an eGift card is purchase on lauramercier.com, an email notification is sent to the recipient of the eGift card with their new eGift card number. If you wish to give an eGift card to someone in the future, we recommend having the eGift card sent to your email address. You can then forward the eGift card information at a later date when necessary.

Where can I use an eGift Card?
eGift cards may only be used on lauramercier.com.

Where do I apply an eGift Card?
During the checkout process, in Step 2: Billing, there is a section titled “eGift card.” Enter the eGift card number provided in the email confirmation here and click “apply.” You may enter up to 2 eGift card numbers per purchase.

shipping rules and restrictions

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Orders received after 1pm CST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and all major U.S. holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day.

Alaska and Hawaii – Select UPS 2nd Day Air or US Postal Service only.
APO/FPO/PO Boxes and U.S. Protectorates – select US Postal Service only.

Some methods may not be applicable to your shipping area.
At this time, we do not ship to multiple addresses in one order.

Express orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1pm CST.
