beauty roots: I became interested in fashion at a very young age. I was always experimenting with my makeup, hair and clothing. As soon as I was old enough to work, I began working in the beauty industry and got hooked right away. There’s nothing like the feeling you get when you help someone feel beautiful. To further my education in the beauty industry, I went to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising where I graduated with a degree in Merchandise Marketing.
