beauty roots: My love for fashion and beauty began in my mother's makeup drawer when I was little. Art class was always my favorite class in school, as I loved painting. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's of Science in Fashion Merchandising, but it was the summer I spent living in New York and my first introduction to the beauty industry that solidified my dream of becoming a makeup artist.
