This Promotion begins at 6:00 a.m. CST on November 28, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on December 19, 2008 (Entry Period).
A. To Enter
To qualify for the FREE Foundation Primer you must first be subscribed to the Laura Mercier enewsletter. Once you have subscribed, you will automatically receive the Free Foundation Primer email that you can then use to forward to your 5 friends. The bottom section of the email will have a "PASS IT ON" button. Click this button to open the Forward to a Friend Form. Fill out the form and submit it. This will send a copy of the Free Foundation Primer email to your 5 friends. Your friends can then subscribe by the "Sign-Up" link provided in the forwarded email.
Once your 5 friends have received the email you have sent them and also subscribe to the enewsletter, you will be automatically entered to receive one (1) full-size original Laura Mercier Foundation Primer. One entry per person. Offer valid while supplies last.

B. Prizes
(2000) Prizes: One full size original Laura Mercier® Foundation Primer (1.7 fl. Oz.). Approximate retail value $30.00 each.
Total approximate value of Promotion approximately $60,000.00.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period, while supplies last. Prizes are non-refundable and non-redeemable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Gurwitch reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
C. Winner Selection
Eligible winners will be selected upon submission of five unique, valid, email addresses, other than their own, officially registering to receive Laura Mercier online newsletters. All eligible winners will be notified around January 9, 2009. All drawings will be conducted by Gurwitch, whose decision will be final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. One prize per entrant. If a winner cannot be notified, does not meet eligibility or does not comply with Promotion rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the event a prize winner is unable to redeem the prize due to reasons beyond their control no compensation or substitutions will be provided. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
D. Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Gurwitch Products LLC and its parent company and affiliates, agencies, suppliers and all of their immediate family members and those living in their households are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.
E. General Conditions
All entries become the property of Gurwitch and none will be returned. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Gurwitch, which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Promotion. Gurwitch and its agencies, officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, stolen, postage due, late, or lost entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Promotion; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Gurwitch which may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion, or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Gurwitch may prohibit you from participating in the Promotion if, at its sole discretion, you repeatedly show a disregard for the Promotion Official Rules, or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable including the use of automated processes or devices not valid for entry; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or Gurwitch; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Gurwitch reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of Gurwitch and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WE B SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
