Tracy Murphy, based in Washington, D.C. has been in the cosmetics industry for over ten years.
Tracy began her career in Sacramento where she worked as a freelance Makeup Artist. It was there she realized her passion for the cosmetics industry. Her work has been seen on many fashion runways, television shows, as well as on the pages of local magazines.
