Jarvis Johnson, based in Orange County, California, has been in the cosmetics industry for over thirteen years and has worked with Laura Mercier since 2002.
Jarvis's clientele includes many of Hollywood's elite, and he has created looks for actresses from The OC, The Real OC and Laguna Beach. He has also worked with finalists from American Idol Season 2.
Jarvis has participated in many top fashion shows including Gianni Versace among other top designers. He was the key makeup artist on a recent Albert Ferretti runway show as well as on a Sex and the City premiere fashion show, which included such designers as Donna Karan, Carolina Herrera, Calvin Klein, La Perla, Jimmy Choo, and True Religion jeans.
Much of Jarvis' extensive print work can be seen in W, Allure, Lucky and Riviera Magazines. He most recently participated in the 2008 HBO Emmy After Party where he provided touch ups to guests and celebrities in the Laura Mercier lounge.
