Michelle Draper has developed her reputation with more than a decade in the cosmetics industry. Michelle is based out of San Francisco, California. She joined the Laura Mercier Company in 1998.
Growing up, Michelle always excelled in art. Realizing her enthusiasm for fashion and cosmetics over twelve years ago, Michelle's paint canvas soon evolved into the face.
Starting as a freelancer, Michelle worked her way to the top and did not stop until she became one of the best makeup artists in the industry.
Michelle has worked in nearly every aspect of the industry ranging from the small screen to wedding makeovers. She has created looks for numerous fashion shows, her most recent being the Paris and New York Fashion Weeks for Giles Rosier, Pamella Roland and Alice + Olivia collections.
Editorial work includes features in Harper's Bazaar, along with specials for several opera companies and local newscasters. Most recently, Michelle has attended the 2007 & 2008 HBO Emmy After Party where she provided touch ups to guests and celebrities in the Laura Mercier lounge.
What is your all time favorite Laura Mercier product? Why?
My all time favorite Laura Mercier product is definitely Secret Camouflage. This product evens out skin tone with minimal effort, has an amazing consistency, and it looks non-existent on the skin. There is nothing else like it on the market!
