What color of Lip Glace did Robin McGraw wear on Dr. Phil?: Robin wore Rose Glace on the show. Her two favorite colours are Rose and Crystal.

Does Laura Mercier Cosmetics have a Professional Makeup Artist Discount Program?: We do offer a 40% discount to professional makeup artists. If you would like to become a member of the Laura Mercier Makeup Artist Discount Program and you are a working professional makeup artist, please fax, mail, or email us with at least two forms of the following ID:

*Agency Representation: Have agency fax a roster list on company letterhead or provide link to agency website
*Film or Television Experience: Fax crew list with name credited as a makeup artist on set.
*Tear sheets with name credit
*Copy of your Union Card

(A Drivers License is NOT an acceptable form of ID)

The Company, in its sole discretion, will determine if an artist may participate in its professional artist program. Upon receipt of materials, expect a reply within 4-5 business days.

Are your products non-comedogenic?: Our finished products are not tested to determine whether they are non-comedogenic, however, we do try to use as many non-comedogenic ingredients as possible.

Does Laura Mercier Cosmetics test on animals?: We do not, nor have we ever, tested our products on animals. We also do not contract outside companies to test on animals for us.

Do you accept international orders?: We currently do not accept orders placed outside of the United States.

Is your Tinted Moisturizer oil free?: No, Tinted Moisturizer does contain two oils, kalaya and castor oil, but does not contain any mineral oils. Additionally, Laura Mercier has just recently added a new Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer to the line.

What is your return policy?: Products can be returned to us for any reason whether it is used or unused within 30 days of purchase. Only products that have been purchased through our website or our toll free number can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Are your products hypo-allergenic?: Our products are dermatologist tested, which does test for allergy sensitivity. We do try to use the most hypo-allergenic ingredients; however, even the gentlest ingredient can cause an allergic reaction to someone.

How can I order from Laura Mercier?: You can order from Laura Mercier by shopping online on this website or by telephone at 888-637-2437 (888-MERCIER).

Are your products safe for pregnant women?: For foundation, our Tinted Moisturizer is the safest product to use during pregnancy, as it does not contain Vitamin A (retinol, retinyl palmitate) phthalates, Vitamin K or BHA's. There is no concrete list of ingredients that doctors recommend that you avoid, however, these are the most common ones that should be avoided during pregnancy.

Do your cosmetics contain phthalates?: Only three Eye Colours contain phthalates, Twinkle, Pearl and Sable.

Do your products contain animal ingredients?: We do use animal bi-products such as lanolin and beeswax in some of our products, and animal hairs in some of our brushes.

Does your foundation contain SPF?: The only foundation that contains an SPF is our Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 20.

Am I able to get a consultation or get one of your makeup artists to apply makeup for me at an event?: Please contact your local Laura Mercier counter to see about scheduling a time with one of our makeup artists.

Do all of your products containing SPF protect against UVA & UVB rays?: Yes. The following items contain SPF: Moisturizer Creme with SPF 15, Mega Moisturizer Creme with SPF 15, Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 20 and Lip Kisses with SPF 15.

How do I use the new Flawless Skin products in conjunction with the Laura Mercier Skincare?: All of Laura Mercier's Flawless Skin products can be used together to create an individualized skincare regimen. Selecting the products is a matter of preference. Begin with a cleanser, either the One-Step Cleanser, Foaming One-Step Cleanser, Oil-Free Gel Cleanser, Purifying Oil Light or Purifying Oil Rich . Second exfoliate with the Face Polish. Prepare the skin for moisturizers with one of the Perfecting Waters. Then moisturize your skin with one of Laura's three moisturizer cremes - Moisturizer Creme, Mega-Moisturizer Creme or Oil-Free Moisturizer. Finally, treat your skin daily with either the Multi-Vitamin Serum or Illuminating Brightener during the day and the Night Nutrition Cremes, Flawless Skin Creme or Renewal Serum at night. For the eyes, use Flawless Skin Eye Serum, Flawless Skin Eye Creme or Night Nutrition Renewal Eye Creme.

Do any of your lip colours contain lead?: Lead is a naturally occurring element found everywhere in our environment. Consumers are exposed daily when they eat, drink water, and breathe the air. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has established regulations regarding safe levels of lead exposure for adults, children, and pregnant women.

Lipsticks available from Laura Mercier Cosmetics meet or exceed regulatory or industry requirements for colorants and other raw material ingredients used in their manufacture. During the manufacturing process, we adhere strictly to U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidelines for ingredients of cosmetic products.

Do you charge state sales tax?: We are required by law to apply sales tax to order (including shipping & handling) for the following states and the District of Columbia: AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA and WA. Orders are taxable (excluding shipping & handling) for the following states: MA and UT.

Are their restrictions on shipping to a military address or US Protectorate?: Currently all items may be shipped to a military (APO/FPO) address or a US Protectorate except for items that are considered hazardous material (hazmat). These items include: Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Brush Cleanser and Nail Lacquer.
